Summary of Work:
To repack as well as barcode products for the customer in their facility (including putting items back into the master-carton)

Tasks:
- Receiving of goods in repacking area
- Inbound inspection of master cartons
Transformation:
Repacking & Labeling Task:
- Un-boxing of master cartons
- Shrink-wrapping according to packing list
- Bar coding (To be provided by Reliance-mart)
- Putting back in master carton
Repacking only Task:
- Un-boxing of master cartons
- Shrink-wrapping according to packing list
- Putting back in master carton
- Labeling Only Task on outer carton
- Bar coding on master cartons
- Labeling only on inner pack
- Bar coding the inner pack. No shrink-wrapping required
KPI’s
Based on number of SKU’s per day:
To repacking and labeling the lot in stipulated time.
Shrinkage (damage/breakage) during shrink-wrapping limited to 0.05%. In case of any damage whilst receipt of material or during re-packing, the same would be informed to Reliance-mart management on a Daily basis. Functioning of Repacking facility will be as per the guidelines of Reliance-mart. If however there is a backlog and packs cannot be packed, it will continue to work until such time KPI has been achieved
Others:
- Customer will provide insurance coverage of goods within the repacking area
- Customer will provide pallets for storage.
